Anyone else that can tell this dude is ethier from Canada or Wisconsin just by his accent
Great recipe – Gotta watch the oven time, though. I put it on high for only about 5 min till it showed just a little blackening, then microwave to finish cooking the thicker filets. Really, really good.
👍
Don’t ever ever use margarine.
A 1/4 cup of butter and lots of salt. How is that healthy??
This guy sucks
This is the first time I have cooked walleye, this recipe is a keeper it was fantastic
Looks great, we're across the water from Ontario Canada…
Great dish!! These fish are so good. Great video We just caught some nice ones in our last video.
A quarter cup of butter. If you add more it’s no problem…more is better. And did I say it’s healthy?
healthy recipe. “butter, butter, add a little more butter. cant have enough butter. maybe add a lil more butter”
Fucking terrible who burns fish 👎🏻why broiled geez so many questions
How hight temperature?
Trying this tonight with the wife. Fingers crossed
Delicious for sure.
👍👍👍
healthy? dude, u can cook carp like this, but walleye?
Thanks for the video. Two questions if I may.
1. What about the pin bones? Do you just eat around them?
2. Do you have to flip the fillets? Or do you just broil the one side?
Thank you sir! Im making this right now. 👍
Can you bake them like that to ??
That broiler pan twister more than Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight.
Cooking my first walleye tonight! Got a 2.11lber 20 inch fatty
Temperature inside the oven pls?
the only people that downvoted this are actual walleye
lol this is a terrible recipe! Well the execution is really bad, not sure why burnt bread crumbs are ok but they are burnt which is bad. Also I would not be surprised if the bread crumbs on the bottom all fell off, there is nothing binding them to your fish :/ like gluten or protein. If I was going to follow this recipe I would have dusted the fish with flour and dipped them in egg to bind the bread crumbs. Also put your broil on low it will keep the bread crumbs from burning before the fish is cooked. GL and thanks for the video
The healthy way- just a ton of butter
How come you hold the hot pan on your hand?
How hot did you cook the fish
Are you Canadian?
Cook them healthy
Then addbutteer?
Thanks Ivo. I appreciate your videos!
Good shit. I caught 4 wallaye today gonna cook em
Nicely done. Looks delicious. Do you have a how to filet video?
That looks amazing,!
He must be good, he has a doctor jacket!……and, he likes butter!
I didn't have Blacking Spice, so I used more of the other spices plus some paprika and adobo.
Believe it or not, the Wallmart walleye is delicious. This time, I pan-fried mine, probably it is just as tasty.
Butter completely destroys the flavor of the meat.
"Healthy" adds a bunch of butter…..love it lol.
Looks Good! Can you suggest a substitute for the Blackening Spice, if you don't have any? Thanks!
Easy & so very delicious ! Will try on Cod next! Thank you for such a delicious recipe!!
You didn't zipper the fillets still bones in them
fricken nonsense, blackening spice out of old bay shaker etc.
Melt about a half a cup of butter. " Leans forward in seat"
Looks great!
Were did you get that Walleye from?
Gonna try it tomorrow
