I live in NY- we have a lot of Asian supermarkets- I find it at one chain called H mart(which I believe is Korean) but they sell burdock root or gobo for very cheap! Making this today 🙂

I love the attention to making a healthy breakfast. We here in the USA are more geared to quick and easy and fast. Not always healthy. For me personally, I love the food you are preparing, but I am never hungry for breakfast and usually combine breakfast and lunch. This I could eat later in the day. It's all how you are raised too. I love your channel and am really amazed and delighted at the attention to detail, meal prep for health, a healthier lifestyle, and just a simpler way of living daily and eating well with more emphasis on fresh veggies and soups and less meat. We here eat lots of meat and less veggies overall. We definitely could take a lesson from your lifestyle and eating habits and need more of that here. Blessings!🙏 Thank you for doing this for us!
i should eat more like that. i feel we eat too much baked goods in America. I don’t think that’s healthy.
I’m not familiar with those packets you are using, but I do make dashi stock at home. My understanding is that it requires to boil bonito flakes. If those packets have bonito in their ingredients the it isn’t vegan. I know some vegetarians eat fish but those people typically call themselves pescatarian.
Please forgive me and my ignorance if I’m incorrect in your soups ingredients. But I could look them up since I don’t know the brand to verify myself.
