    Hi Ellen, I made the waffles from your Epic Vegan cookbook today. I accidentally put 1 t of baking powder instead of 1 T but they still turned out great. I will definitely make them again with the right amount of baking powder😂

I love how south indian food is mostly vegetarian. You should really look it to it. Spicy sweet savory. You guys would love it. Look up Dosa recipes 😋

    I really enjoy the receipe videos. One suggestion, especially with this video, is that I wish that the ingredients/measurements were listed at the bottom of the screen as you were adding them. A few times, the music over powered your voice and made it harder for me to hear. Please keep these recipe videos coming!

    The only problem with oat muffins is that they're awesome the first few days, then they get kind of icky (I keep them in the fridge, if not they get moldy too quick). But they're AMAZING fresh!!

    I stopped watching the video because I became distracted by Ellen’s hair.
    Ellen, why do you cook with your long hair hanging in front of your shoulders and over your food? It seems uncomfortable and, possibly, unsanitary. It looks like you’re overly concerned about looking beautiful no matter what you’re doing. It makes you look insecure.

    Hannah, on the other hand, appears confident. As I noticed in this video and many more on her channel, she isn’t constantly concerned about looking sexy and beautiful. With her hair pulled back while cooking, she shows that she wants her viewers to be focused on healthy cooking and sanitation.

    She comes across as confident and the more naturally beautiful of the two of you.

    Also, I’m wondering what natural products you use to keep your teeth white. Please direct me to your video that explains or please create one.

    Fresh packed “Fancy” dates from TJ’s are a GODSEND. I eat those ones just out of hand or stuffed with nut butters, but I use dried ones soaked in some warm water to blend for smoothies OR cooked down in some oatmeal with cinnamon or homemade gingerbread spice

    I made stuffed dates all the time! But I take a nut butter, add nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cocoa nibs, and a little salt then I stuff them and freeze them 🤤
