    Lol explain hw the hell this even a "high protein" smoothie..if u take protein intake from this so called " high protein " shake.. it's not at all edible in anyway as this thing is so low in protein 😂..instead just put 2 whole eggs+ some oats+ 1 glass milk+ some peanut butter+ cashews+ badam+ dates now u cn call it a decent protein shake.. don't fool people by adding such unnecessary things in the name of " high protein " which don't even have a basic protein content to full fill some of ur day-to-day protein intake🙄😂🙏
