Wil, I have dark soy sauce, and I also have Kekap Manis, dark sweet soy sauce. When you call for "dark soy sauce", which do you prefer? The Kekap Manis has a molassasy undertone. Love them both, your recommendation?

That crushed garlic 🧄 , pepper 🌶 and ginger mix (from mortar and pestle) must smell AMAZING when cooked! 🤤🤤
