    On the scallops, my dad was a scalloper when I was a kid so always came home with some, but instead of deep frying it (I get that's the point of this vid), he'd add the bacon same as you but rub them down with brown sugar and bake them. Absolutely delicious, and since you've given me so many ideas for my own cooking I figured I'd share too. Thanks for the video

    I started watching guga foods yesterday and I've been binge watching all of his episodes I would say that he's underrated but he is almost at 4 mil subs he deserves a lot more though love his videos one of the best YouTubers I've ever watched I love the way he pronounces his words and he is really good at describing food on how it tastes.
