When I use dough like this, I add a bit of flour right in the bag and it helps release the dough easier.

That Stromboli was the bomb! KROGER has a pizza dough ready you don’t have to roll it out so it was much easier than your attempt lol but it was so so good!
It all looks great! I think you can get pizza crust in a can and it's already in the shape of a rectangle and you just have to roll it a little bit. It's in the section with the biscuits. But great job on the dough though! You rocked it!

I can tell you home made is not as hard to work with, I have had the same issue with store bought pizza dough.
That chilli sounds perfect. The weather here is crazy. I live in Alabama, and we experience all four seasons weekly.
I currently have new baby birds and kittens outside. I love seeing all the new life around me. All the mommas are busy taking care of their babies. It is so precious.

If I may make a small suggestion when I make a Stromboli I but white American cheese and the mozzarella it is great makes it nice and creamy.
