Oatmilk, Soymilk, Ricemilk
Eaten every other day as a 2200 calorie OMAD with a liter of water beforehand and a salad afterwards.

Happy to say that I already eat all of these pretty often, and some of them daily. I haven't seen purple sweet potatoes here — only the usual orange colored ones — but those are very healthy in moderation, too. 🍠
