    My müsli.
    Nuts: Almond, Pecan, Walnut, Macadamia, Hazelnut, Brazil, Pine.
    Seeds: Psyllium, Chia, Flax, Pumpkin, Milk thistle
    'Grains': Millet, Oat, Amarinth,Puffed Quinoa, Soyflakes
    Berries: Cranberry, Date, Raspberry, Goji, Blueberry, Banana maybe Strawberry
    Oatmilk, Soymilk, Ricemilk
    Eaten every other day as a 2200 calorie OMAD with a liter of water beforehand and a salad afterwards.

    I saw this had 899 likes, so I had to click for the 900th like, before even watching a few seconds of the video! 😆 Living longer is a great topic headline to get people to watch and learn about these important healthy foods.
    Happy to say that I already eat all of these pretty often, and some of them daily. I haven't seen purple sweet potatoes here — only the usual orange colored ones — but those are very healthy in moderation, too. 🍠
