    Tq for the recipe. I cook this all the time. It’s super healthy n tasty.I don’t blend the rolled oats but just soak them in the banana egg mixture. The recipe is so versatile that u can even add in chia seeds n wakame flakes. Soak them inside the wet mixture as well. Then shallow fry the pancakes either in olive oil or butter.They taste so delicious. My personal favourite is topping the pancakes with some kimchi. Super tasty.

    I made these for brunch and they were a total hit! I added a tsp of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and baking powder and a little bit if water. They turned out perfectly well!!
