For the chickpea salad you can see I don't really measure anything so there is no actual recipe to follow but here is what I used: 3 pickles 2 cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed) 3 tbl mustard garlic salt onion powder splash of pickle juice
Just want to tell you that you can put the dishtowels in the washing machine. Put it on 60°C on gentle wash and you can make them last even longer! /Swede
i ended up making the rice beans dish for supper last night ^& my kids devoured it~! i served it with a cheese dip (from cashews_). it was a big hit~!~!
I meal prep on Sundays for my fam of 4. I am WFPB, but my fam is not. Each week I bake lemon garlic chicken (gross), and I make a huge batch of rice and broccoli for dinners. I usually make chicken salad and a pasta with white beans, kielbasa, and broccoli for lunches for the kids. Then I make myself lunches and dinners for the week and prep snacks (usually chopping a ton of cucumbers). It's a process that takes about 5 hours and I wash about a million dishes. But the only thing I would change would be my fam trying WFPB! Thank you for your great recipes and inspiration!
I am ALWAYS so amazed that even tho I'm not Vegan or vegetarian I love watching your channel and how your food looks yummy and you are so ENJOYable to watch ❤️
Wow Miranda another great video! Thanks for sharing it. I gave up on cooking rice and beans together like that. I just cook the beans first or use canned beans. I'm getting ready to move but once I start cooking again the potato fries and salad are a must try. Stay safe!
I worked 13 hours today and when I saw your video pop up on my phone I could not wait to watch! Never a disappointment! I have a suggestion for black beans… I just made them for meal prep before my work week and they were the best! 2 cups dried black beans washed and drained added to crackpot 1/2 cup medium salsa 1/4 cup coconut milk Salt, pepper and onion powder Cooked low and slow for 10 hours …. oh wow!!

Your baked oats are my new favorite breakfast. I drizzle with peanut butter yummo Thanks for a simple delicious recipe!
Oh my goodness this is a game changer, beans, rice and veggies all in one 😋. Perfect
I also don't mind eating the same things for a few days. Life is busy, anything that simplifies is welcome in my world!

@Running On Plants What do you think about the pesticides in conventionally grown food?
