Loving the vlogs lately! So motivational ❤ How do you make your protein oats/overnight oats? I'm not sure whether to pre mix the protein powder with milk in a shaker cup and cook the oats with that or add protein powder to the cooked oats.
As at February 2019, are you an actual registered lawyer in QLD (or some other state)? eg: you have been sworn-in and have a ‘practicing certificate’ and the compulsory limited liability insurance.. ..Or you did a Bachelor of Laws degree but didn’t do the Graduate Diploma Legal Practice?

Kinda weird as an intuitive eater that you would partner and recommend life sum… counting calories is the definition of an eating disorder sooo probably not the best thing to recommend
