You don't have to put much oil in a stainless steel pan to do eggs. If you preheat the pan and then use very little oil and then let the oil get warm. Your eggs with not stick
Isn’t green pan under a lot of scrutiny?
Thought on those rock pans ?
Bobby, I live a Keto lifestyle, I only cook with organic coconut oil which is really healthy for you. Therefore, I think I will only use the stainless steal pan that I have that my Aunt gave me in the 80's. It is a really good, well made pan. I am throwing out all my others pans and will buy new stainless steal pans. Thanks for the video!👍😊
High heat scramble eggs cast iron
Metal scrubber is good salt is amazing large salt clean pan
Cast iron best
Staying with my trusty cast iron.
Ceramic coating is not 100% sand or ceramic. It is sprayed on with additives, the additives probably just the same with teflon coating.
All I know is if you wanna sauté scallops you should do it in a nonstick. THATS WHY ITS FUKKKING CALLED NONSTICK!
I thought he would do a review of the pan that he was about to order in this video but I can’t find it anywhere. The Zwilling Clad CFX
Hi Bobby… what about copper pans? Please, Are they safe to cook?
Properly seasoned Cast Iron pans are great for cooking eggs! They are great non-stick pans after seasoning and use!
I have a question Bobby, I love stainless steel in cookware however most there is aluminum core, doesn’t that pose health issues as well because of the aluminum factor? In addition it is not healthy as the aluminum leaches inside your food? What’s your thoughts on this?
What do you think of the old copper-bottomed stainless steel Revereware?
The only safe cookwares are..
1- pure castiron
2- glass
3- 100% ceramic made (non of those ceramic coating stuff)
4- food safe stainless steel ..safer than others, but not as safe as the above 3 i mentioned)
The rest whether it's copper, aluminum or anything that isn't the 4 types I mentioned above, will over time cause you and your family major health problems.
Some of the comments mentions that we all die. True, we all die, but what kind of death are you ok with, a healthy death or being sick all the time death?
Hexclad pans beats them all.
TEFLON IS POISON NO MATTER WHAT. TEFLON IS POISON . For the food you are eating and the gas it gives off to family and pets. You share a lot of great info but to say Teflon is safe is not a truth.
I am amazed at all the junk in our food. Our taste buds are tuned to all the junk flavors getting use to a decrease in salt bad fat and sugars. Htas been hard at first. Thank you so much for all your knowledge. I feel healthy and better about what I'm eating
9:49 SWIPER NO SWIPING!!!
What is the best option to make eggs?
I never use higher than medium heat w my ceramics
I like my ceramic pans over the Teflon and copper
Thank you!
So what brand is the Teflon one showed?
Misen just came out with a lighter carbon steel already seasoned.
The secret to cooking the perfect eggs in any pan without sticking is putting lots of butter and getting the pan hotter than the flames of hell. There should be smoke coming off your pan before u even put ur egg on and when u do it should fry and get crispy on the bottom really quickly. To make sure the top cooks at the same rate u can either cover it or get a spoon and contoninuously keep scooping and pouring the hot oil on top of the egg while ur pan frying it. Salt and pepper them and u have the best sunny side up eggs ever! Learned it from my mom
It looks like the hard opinions on cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel pans do not come from experience or any of the necessary effort to first season them and learn how to use them. You can literally cook anything in them with a little know-how
what about Gotham Steel pans
Don't almost all professional chefs and cooking schools use stainless steel?
And if the sticking can be solved by using more butter lard or oil…duh, why not?
Are the ones with the aluminum core still safe? Because when metal is heated its particles separate. This can go into your food.
Please tell me your view about hard anodized nonstick cookware.
check out how to make stainless steel pan non stick easy
Cast iron is nice, but too heavy when they’re full of food. If you’re not a big person or particularly strong, stainless steel is great.
I was gifted Calphalon. I am told it's different than Teflon.
Been using it for 4 years and some of the pan seem to be losing their non-stickiness. Hope they're safe because no one seems to have much information on it
Geez… the prices!!!!
Holy moley, couldn’t you do a review on more reasonable priced pans for those of us who can’t afford the ones you linked?
Love my ceramic pan, but handwashing isn't welcomed by certain members of my household. It only take a minute to wash up lol.
