Thank God that u decided to cut carbs, you've eaten a lot of carbs. I have the same problem. Your face is swollen, please check your insulin levels. Make this on time, because if you dont do, then you will get weight even from the water. Good luck ❤️
I've honestly been struggling again and again with this. The truth is yes there are a lot of things that take you choosing to incorporate these new habits into your life, but you have to have time to do each thing. Walking to places does help but you also should just walk without a destination. Basically no short cuts or cheating yourself, take your time and itll last. Thank you for this video love your channel
