    I've honestly been struggling again and again with this. The truth is yes there are a lot of things that take you choosing to incorporate these new habits into your life, but you have to have time to do each thing. Walking to places does help but you also should just walk without a destination. Basically no short cuts or cheating yourself, take your time and itll last.
