    I would recommend adding a little bit of oil to your salad. Because there are vitamins that are soluble in oil and when you add oil to your salad that helps you to get more vitamins out of it.

    I took a hiatus from being vegan because I rage craved everything when I was pregnant just now started back being vegan and your videos are amazing they make me feel less restricted in the food I can eat and makes me feel like something I can actually make. Some vegan video makers have ingredients that I have never even heard of. Obviously I can't get it at my nearest cheapest store so why the heck would I make it! Thanks so much!
