Falafels vary depending on the chef's country of origin. An Egyptian falafel differs from a Lebanese falafel from a Israeli falafel from a Greek falafel. A good falafel should be crispy on the outside and lightly fried on the inside. This is as dense as a brick. I've tried various cooking methods including the recommended microwave. Thumbs down, way down.
So here’s my review . This is basically a dried up sponge 🧽 with some spices in it . Once u buy this u will have to torture and force urself to eat what seems like 100s of them in the box . I’d say eat 2 and take the rest to a lake and take turns try to throw ,skid it on water to see who gets most distance . I just feel bad for any fish that happens to eat this
Ok if it's a thumbs up 👍🏼 I need to try! I haven't seen it in my Costco yet, is it in the freezer section or in those open refrigerator sections? I always was hesitant with falafels because so many are dry! Do you think these will do well in the oven?

Thank you for the review, these are a staple for me. They are restaurant quality as far as taste, they are not as fluffy as a restaurant.
