    Thankyou i haven't heard of picnic before. I have been doing 16:8 but do have a couple of coffees with milk before work. Is there a way to have my coffee without breaking my fast. Also any suggestions on how to drink more h2o?

    I have toyed with the intermittent fasting way of life for quite a while. I am a member of Weight Watchers and follow their program. I have lost 57 lbs over the last few years but need another 10 lbs off to reach my goal. I've tried to no avail for over a year to shed this. Thank you for this video. I will start implementing your program which may be just what my body needs to reach my goal. I have read mixed reviews on 30 calorie almond milk in my coffee breaking the fast. Your views please….Betty
