    Any healthy versions of sweet treats would be awesome! I have a major sweet tooth and i think it’s the hardest thing for me to cut out of my diet. I also just found out I need to be gluten free. Any tips and gluten free options that actually taste ok?

    Hey Sam not sure if anybody else has posted this below but avoid cooking with flax oil as it turns it rancid. You can always add it after the dish has been cooked

    Calorie free pasta?!! I've got to try it!! I'm trying to cut out wheat…but love pasta so I'm eating brown rice pasta. I had no idea about the pasta you cooked!! Also, I found coconut aminos (liquid) at Trader Joe's. Do you think it has the same benefits as regular liquid aminos??

    Sam, I was talking about cramps and periods w my friend and remembered you said in a video you like to tell everyone when you’re on yours lmao anywayssss, I’ve been meaning to ask you – have you noticed any difference in your cramps and periods since changing your food and working out. I know you can’t live without coffee and it’s a big cause to having bad cramps but idk if that effects you.

    Be careful with those zero calorie noodles – I’m assuming they’re the root vegetable ones? A woman here in Australia was hospitalised because they blocked her stomach – her body couldn’t break them down. Only read that yesterday! Ps love your videos x
