All things covered in plastic have a big amount of microplastik in there. I do not say that because i want to criticize you, but it really is in there and it would be healthier to eat as much as you can without being packed up in plastic! Because I think you‘re food is really good, but we often forget the plastic aspect! It has things in it that act like your natural hormons and can change your hormonsystem. It is proved that their ingredients have a huge impact on cancer- infertilitycausing and a worse sperm quality. People in industrial countries have an average of 12 of such substances named endocrine pollutants in their urine and a bg part is because of the plastic packaging:)

I love these type of videos!! Keep em comin haha. It’s always nice to have different ideas since I meal prep every week! I like to switch it up. Also, idk if you’ve ever tried the black bean or red lentil pasta from Trader Joe’s but they are both delicious!! A really good alternative w higher amounts of protein!
