SALMÓN CON AJO Y MIEL | SALUDABLE + RÁPIDO + RECETA DE CENA FÁCIL
Ingredientes: 1/3 taza de miel 1/4 taza de Tamari (Salsa de soya sin gluten) 1 cucharada de vinagre de arroz 2 dientes de ajo picados 1/2 cucharadita de hojuelas de chile rojo 2 cucharadas de aceite 4 filetes de salmón (4 onzas) Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparación: En un tazón pequeño, mezcle la miel, el tamari, el vinagre de arroz, el ajo y las hojuelas de chile rojo. Hágalo a un lado. Sazone el salmón con sal y pimienta al gusto. En una sartén grande, caliente el aceite a fuego medio-alto. Coloque el salmón, boca abajo, en la sartén. Cocine hasta que el salmón esté dorado y se suelte fácilmente de la sartén, aproximadamente de 3 a 4 minutos. Voltee el salmón y reduzca el fuego a medio-bajo. Vierta la salsa sobre el salmón y continúe cocinando hasta que el salmón esté bien cocido, aproximadamente de 3 a 4 minutos. Vierta la salsa sobre los filetes. Sirva inmediatamente o guárdelo en el refrigerador hasta por 3 días.

I made this just now but used fresh Thai chili peppers from my garden instead of the chili flakes 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤! The sauce thickens so well it's delicious!!!
