    My favorite new chef and recipes! Will Yeung, thankyou for teaching easy to make, super delicious food! I'm making this noodle salad Wed for friends. But I'll be using the Lotus black/brown rice pad Thai noodles instead. I've made noodle salad with Soba before ….hope these are as good. Should be very pretty! Have always wanted to try tamarind paste…looking forward to this dressing. Looks delish.

    Looks absolutely delicious–creating my shopping list, right away! I've used a number of Lotus Foods noodles, pad thai rice noodles, mostly! I'm always curious about the tofu you use in your recipes, since it doesn't look like the tofu I buy which comes sealed in tight packages. Do you buy yours locally?
