Hi quick question, I would like to try the breakfast bowl but I don’t like tomatoes or mushrooms so any suggestions what I can substitute for those foods?
So I made the steak quinoa bowl. The store was out if parsley, fresh oregano, and beets. I was sad but I used spinach instead of parsley and dried oregano. I made extra sweet potatoes and it is still so wonderful!
One of my favorite fish is Cod. That looks so good. Our fish here is frozen not fresh. Will take a look at that site. All those bowls looked really yummy. Love Beets. Specially Pickled Beets.

Thank you Kayla. I heard that we don’t supposed to mix proteins with starches. Because protein needs an acidic gut and starches require an alkaline gut. Is it true ?
