That breakfast cookie recipe reminds me of a breakfast 'muffin' recipe that I make, only it doesn't have peanut butter and I don't usually put chocolate chips in it. Cooking it as a cookie probably shortens the cooking time.
Ditto to everybody who is thanking you for being honest about taking a balanced approach to this. Every time I swing out of balance I end up just falling off the wagon! I think it’s much better to enjoy my whole food plant-based meals with the occasional ridiculous moment! I really appreciate you saying this! It tends to be a little unpopular in that WFPB community
I tried three of the recipes so far. All are great! I added some liquid stevia to the cookie and replaced some of the oats with quinoa flour, and I used raisins instead of chocolate chips. You’re very creative and resourceful! Will try the burrito soon.
Can't wait to try these recipes, especially the quiche! I'll probably add some nutritional yeast for some b12. Has anyone made them and froze them to reheat later? I know tofu changes texture after being frozen so I'm wondering how they hold up.

these look so good!! i've always wanted to try baked oats and this seems like an easy way to make it. i also appreciate the protein because as someone that lives a pretty active lifestyle i find that a lot of vegan recipes will have almost no protein or at least not enough for me haha
Hi Hannah , Amen to emphasizing a well balanced life. This is SO important and valuable information for those living a whole foods plant based lifestyle. It gets so frustrating to watch so many other influencers sharing a plant based lifestyle and not realizing the real world we live in. I too am 90% plant based but we are not living in isolation and we all know the challenges we have when we go out to restaurants etc. I know the servers must think I am nuts with all of my requests like "very very little oil please" or having that glass of wine. If we live most of our lives eating the correct way what is once or twice a week with a slight deviation going to do to us??? Thank you again for your support in our community and wonderful recipes. I tried the chia pudding this morning and it was fantastic!!
I just made the mini quiche muffins and they are absolutely delicious! This recipe went onto a recipe card and tucked away till next week when I make them again . Thank you for sharing Hannah!
I always used to buy that brand of soy milk but they’ve simply stopped selling it anywhere around here. Now they pretty much sell just the main few brands such as Silk. 😞
Great video – i'm still working with my issues at age 60 I'm trying to kickstart my metabolism I'm still working on sleep — I made a little improvement but this past night was the disaster and it makes me hesitate to be less strict but the last two days I let myself even have some vegan junk food and did my best to not beat myself up just let myself enjoy it…. I'm trying to enjoy my food more and I love his recipes I think you're so creative and fun trip in the new face I want embrace which is having a little more joy being a little less strict with the eating
I think to be on the safer side when baking in air fryer and using parchment, the extra parchment paper should be cut/removed and only covers slightly larger than the cookie size. The reason being if the paper touches the coil, there is a possibility of fire.

Oh my Veggie Goodness! I just made the mini quiche muffins and the chia pudding. WOW! Both recipes were AMAZING! Chopping the veggies is a true statement to "eat the 🌈 rainbow" Thank you for sharing these recipes. Definitely making these on a regular basis.
Good Morning, Hannah. Libra here too. I get the whole balance idea, because we really need it. When trying to lose weight, balance for me is important because I actually feel depressed cutting out so much flavor. We need to add it back in other ways. I was surprised to see the tofu cook up like a quiche. I will definitely try this!
