My favourite snacks are celery with PB or Mary’s crackers topped with coconut oil and pink Himalayan salt instead of chip it’s delicious.
My go-to breakfast recipe is pour boiling water onto a bowl of old-fashioned oats (usually 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup), let it sit covered for 5 to 10 minutes, and then add a tablespoon of ricotta cheese and some berries or fruit. Fruit is a must; they add natural sweetness, vitamins, and fiber to the already-healthy oatmeal and keep the flavors versatile! A drizzle of honey (I never go above a teaspoon) if needed, and there you go!
We are a SERIOUS dried fruit family!! Lol. Senior dried to crispy!! Great partner to the nuts and homemade granola!! Wonderful sweet tooth fulfillment! Lol.
I do you have any good gluten free breads that you can recommend
My mind was blown at the egg whites in the oatmeal!!
These Staples are just Perfect! ….Doable!..Gracias!! xo
Very good ideas! I like to keep plain yogurt on hand.
Hi, just started NOOM so this is great info. Please please stop buying single serve yogurt cups. We need to stop the plastic trash wherever we can.. I know it is really hard to do but we should always try..Buy the biggest size and serve from there. 🙂
I like to add coleslaw mix into ground beef hot dishes, it’s a low carb way to take the place of rice or noodles! My favorite is ground beef, onions, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes (I use the canned ones) and then stir fry the coleslaw in at the end—so good! I also like peanut butter and apples or celery and peanut butter or cream cheese.
Have you tried dates stuffed with walnut and drizzled with some tahini?! Delicious with some tea! 😋A middle eastern snack or dessert.
I do just a little evoo sauteed the fresh spinach. 🌱
Love your videos… I’m at the end of my WW journey.. I’ve lost 73lbs. and looking for good, nutritious food that I can eat! Love all of the foods on your video!
A tip on nut butters. I find it's way too difficult to stir in the oil thats sitting on the top of the jar. I pour all the contents out in a bigger bowl (glass or plastic) and stir in well. Could take up to 20 min. stirring to get the texture smooth and uniform. Place a lid on the bowl and place in the fridge. If you find the nut butter is getting solidified again, place it on the counter for a couple hours and it will get soft and spreadable again.
I’ve yet watched a video that I didn’t have a takeaway… who knew to add egg whites to oatmeal 🤷🏼♀️.. Spinach hummus definitely a must try, dates with pb and lastly, sweet potatoes in yogurt-wowzers! Thank you Dani for putting out such great content!

I add dates to the spinach, frozen banana and peanut butter smoothie – makes it taste like caramel. Sooo good. Great ideas here, thanx
Great ideas thank you:) we always keep popcorn kernels too as can make sweet popcorn or savoury types with spices,
various kinds of rice crackers to serve with dips and cheese, frozen berries as frozen treats.
Danny, thank you for your channel, like the information you provided. I would recommend you speak in slower tone, this will encourage people with English as second language to enjoy your videos 🙂
