I need to ask you this one question. Could you please make a video for someone who is severely allergic to nuts like me?!?! All these health gurus are making healthy food with almond milk, nut butters, nut oils, and nuts in general, but I cannot go near them AT ALL. If I go in contact I have an immediate allergic reaction, please help me make a healthy diet so I won’t die 😂

Looks so yummy I'm going to make all these 🙂 also just fyi when heating coconut oil to a certain degree it can be really bad for you maybe should do some research on it, an alternative you can use is alvocado oil its alot healthier
Sugar is sugar. How is this healthy? I’m sure they’re delicious, but it’s a long stretch until we could call them healthy.
