    Girl, I tried the wellness shot the other day for the first time and I felt like I was dying *overly dramatic*. I expected spicy but I figured there would be more lemon than the ginger/cayenne lol you took that shot like a boss compared to me 😂😂🤣😅 also overnight oats are the best 🤌🏻

    Watched this in the middle of my day – thanks for keeping me motivated! Also, trick for cutting onions that works (most of the time): try breathing your mouth instead of your nose. It's worked for me the majority of the time.
