I’m doing pretty good with the no decaf coffee challenge and no poultry or meat. I’m eating fish, lentils, beans, cottage cheese and eggs. The coffee thing might not seem a biggie but I was drinking a ton load of decaf so I’m working on the habit. (I used to smoke years ago and regular coffee was my crutch when I quit but due to medical issues had to give up caffeine)I had a stressful day the other day and broke down and had 8 oz and it didn’t taste good😳 . Learning to like decaf /herbal tea. Dee hang in there! You’re doing great! You’re so real and appreciate your honesty with your journey challenge❤️
Jackfruit tastes like Juicyfruit gum. I bought one once, it was a lot of work to clean out and extremely sticky. I like the way it smells but I’d probably never buy one again 😆. Some people make plant based pulled pork out of it though.
I'm doing ok – so far, no nuts since the challenge has started – no nuts of any kind….. and also at least 4 times a week walking.. trying to add more water like everyone else… love all of your meal preps….
Very very interesting….I wonder if the vaccine could anything to do with me not losing weight…even when I have done 90 percent. It would be interesting if that came out as a side effect. Hmmmm.
If you aren't losing weight then your calories are NOT perfect. Online calculators are an estimate. If not losing, then calories are either maintenance or a surplus.
