To be honest I've taken the opposite approach to what you've suggested and eat as much volume if not more, but fill them with more nutritious veggies and proteins instead of more refined carbs etc. Different strokes for different folks I guess!

I love this, Thank you for showing you can still eat enough when losing weight! Can I still lose the same amount of fat without tracking macros and only counting calories? In other words does it matter if I eat high fat or carbs if I am still in a deficit? xx

I love this series!! I made soup and dumplings after seeing it in one of your videos, and mom loved it so much. She requests dumplings every time we make soup. I also make the pancakes you showed regularly, so good with fruits and nuts.
