I follow you and love what you've done for my health, but can't continue to follow you if you (seemingly) haven't done due diligence regarding meat consumption.
Went from keto to carnivore almost 5 months ago and what a difference it's made in my life. The only thing I've had is berries once a month and I only have anxiety but no other health ailments and anxiety is completely resolved I never would have imagined how I feel. I never find it boring I'm used to love vegetables and I don't think twice about them it's amazing I'm finally at goal weight and I cant see ever going back also even eating beef I'm saving money overall
I'm so discouraged by the change in my body from 37 to 42 years old old. At 37 I released 25 pounds easily with keto and heavy lifting. The same tricks aren't working anymore and my hunger and cravings feel out of my control. I did a 36 hour fast with some broth and ketones through it and felt amazing and lost the inflammation. I want more of these results and willing to try other ways of eating and fasting windows. Send me the guide please!
