Sorry to say this, but I went on keto and my ADHD disappeared. I still have the quirky personality from my Autism. But WAY more focus and ability to concentrate on keto and I can do one thing at a time now.
I can't find the video that sorelle made I think she took it don't. Quote from Ben Fink It's better to be a schmuck than to be a schmuck that does not know when to Shut up.
I see her dietary advice is as good as her financial advice.
Feeling peak nutrition watching this while eating second breakfast of oatmeal porridge topped with a protein bar after my morning walk 😂 HCC💯
26:00 My mom was diagnosed with celiac disease about 8 years ago ish and she is very grateful and impressed with the selection as well as the quality of gluten free foods that have been coming about recently- compared to when she was first diagnosed. It’s awesome seeing the food advancements we’ve made as a collective society towards supporting individuals with food related allergies and/or conditions needs.
what a fantastic video
gotta say that stuffing my face with noodles while watching this video was extremely satisfying
Sorelle kind of reminds me of Jillian Michaels and idk why but I feel like I also do know why
DAMN you cashews 😂😂😂
I just noticed that those cute little gasps that I hear every so often are because you are quite pregnant here, and that precious lil baby must pressed against your diaphragm, and he’s giving you shortness of breath. I’ve been binging many of your videos, and I’ve only noticed it here. This is so cute to me, idk why. Everything about pregnancy fascinates me. Bless you and your boys. ♥️
Everyone in these comments are disgustingly critical and judgemental towards Sorelle. Be ashamed and be embarrassed. Grown people do not need to be this critical. I love Sorelle and follow her. She did work very hard for everything she has. You all sound jealous because you don't have an ounce of passion that Sorelle has. Go fix your attitude and energy. Also, I agree with Sorelle.
Your videos have helped me a ton over the years to help me deal with my own ED & to help me understand nutrition better. I’m sick rn but I’m still trying to eat well. I’m having whole grain toast with jam, an orange, almonds, & mint green tea while watching this
30:51 god just threw genetic books hahahhahaha holy s*
It was interesting to see how her mom also seemed to have some disordered eating.
She took the video down. I hope that means that she changes her relationship with food
My water is brown and it’s deemed clean…
OMG You are for GMO's ? Your information is outdated and please stop saying you are from Canada as you do not do us any service..
As a ditetion, I feel so frustrated listening to this, I love your expression haha
I love the way you include and consider socio economic factors to diet and affordability. And also the positive messages that we can take away from this video. AND how sensitive you are in giving this lady her space to go on her own food journey and find what works for her.
i would like to just add about the fruit in canada thing. many canadians are very much privileged to eat fresh and locally grown produce and many around the world. however, Inuit in places such as Nunavut do not have that luxury what so ever. although produce is shipped to Nunavut, a lot of it goes expired, plus it's always VERY expensive due to shipping costs. many Inuit rely on hunting their meat for most of the year, and while yes there is berry picking season, that does not last for that long. in Nunavut, nearly 50% (yes, FIFTY PERCENT) of the population experiences food insecurity due to poverty, while almost 70% of Inuit children live in food insecure houses. all of this is because of grocery pricing and lack of resources, which then means a large majority of Inuit have to hunt for meat to feed not only their families, but their entire communities.
But we have adapted to tapioca starch? Somebody make it make sense.
I couldn't imagine living like that. Wow
This lady is soooo self absorbed its crazy
Is she really saying if I eat a banana in Canada it’s less healthy than if I eat one in Cuba? Lmao
Her mother's diet had nothing to do with her metabolism. But her knowing that her mother was on a diet during and before her pregnancy, talks loads about her relationship with food 🙁
