💐Great idea to fix the fat free plain yogurt
I don’t use the fat free yogurt or cheese
I am going to make the bowls never had yogurt bowls
Enjoy the video. The yogurt bowl I am try. What the name of items in a cup?I think I want to check on . Thanks for sharing.Watch to the end.
I'm excited to try the yogurt bowl. I don't like Greek yogurt on it's own so mine usually goes bad quite often as well. I started buying the 6 pack of individual ones since they are good for longer if they are unopened.
I did my Greek bowl with rice. It never occurred to me to make it like a salad to save on points. Lol. Thank you for sharing this video. Also your fruit bowls looked great. I’m not a fan of all bran but I’ve heard it’s really good in yogurt bowls. I think I’m going to try that too!
Looks absolutely delicious! I will definitely be making this very soon.
You really have an eye for presentation – everything looks so yummy! I am hoping that you will be doing videos when you have your dinner kits; those look amazing too! I am so excited because on my meal plan for next week is….drum roll please….Kristi's Ranch Pork Chops with Roasted Pears & Green Beans!!!! Thank so much for sharing all of your great ideas and recipes! <3
All the colors! Wonderful meals😊 thanks for sharing
I store my asparagus in water in the fridge as well. Everything looked delicious as always!
Always love your meal prep videos!
I love plain Greek yogurt. I'll mix in some protein powder, sugar-free pudding mix, powdered peanut butter, extracts or sugar-free pancake syrup to make it sweet.
If I want it savory I'll mix in dip mixes, herbs and spices or caramelized onions etc for a delicious dip. I'll mix it with some mayo or cream cheese for egg salad, potato salad, macaroni salad etc… I've mixed it with hummus and lemon juice to make a salad dressing. I use it in baking recipes. I'll strain it and use it like cream cheese.
Recipes with Roy, here on YouTube has a video on making it to cream cheese and tons of recipes using that cream cheese.
Those yogart bowls look so delicious 😋😍
Thanks for sharing
Yummy meal prep! I always add a packet of monkfruit and sugarfree jello to the fage greek yogurt 😊😊
Great job on your bowls! I've never cooked cod before, but the crispy baked cod with cheesy potatoes and broccoli sounds nice.
I always put Fiber One cereal in my yogurt for the crunch
That was a great meal prep
I love to watch you prep these foods.
I love those salad containers. I learned a neat trick from another lady on YouTube…she puts salad in Mason jars and they really stay fresh for quite awhile. I also put grapes and strawberries in them too. I don't wash the salad or fruits until I get ready to eat them. If you wash them first then they will get slimy.
Have you ever heard of Tropical BreakfastBbowls? It is Cottage cheese, fruit, granola, chia seeds. I don't even like cottage cheese OR granola, but I love it combined.
I love your top!
Hi Kristi! Loved this video. Thank you for sharing. Question, I really want to join WW but the nearest meeting site is an hour away. I really need to go to meetings for accountability. Any idea how I can get WW to have a meeting site closer to my town in KY? Thanks for your time. 🥰
it all looks delicious! i need to make those chicken bowls for this week!
Wow looks like y’all will be eating very well this week. As for your daughter please tell her it’s time for her to check in with us. Love seeing her when she pops in.
All looks great Kristi and a shout out to Jody for grilling the chicken breasts in the morning for you.
I can find Good Culture brand at Target.
I will have to try to yogurt bowls and pizza meatloaf.
I ordered the salad bowl when you first showed it. I wish I had it sooner. Love the idea of keeping things separate.
