homemade marshmallows will be my first recipe with my new stand mixer now! I'm so excited!
Every time I make this its so satisfying! Such a great recipe! Except the oil lining the pan anything, but that! Mine kept liquifying as oil ate away at them after I wrapped them no matter how many times I coated them in the sugar and starch. This time I skipped that and piped them onto a tray with a spiced cocoa and powdered sugar mix and they look great.
It took me a second to realize nothing really broke in the sink when she lightly tossed the container with the egg whites in there. I was like why didn’t she even flinch. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Then I realized y’all added it in! 😂😂😂🤣😂🤣🤣🤣
Tried this for the first time today and they turned out soooo good. I used a 2:1 ratio of sugar to water because it's hard to find corn syrup where I live. Then I piped them into hearts for valentines day! They were way easier than I expected and I'll definitely be making these again.

So I made these twice and they wet through the powdered sugar mixture both times (over a few hours). Does anyone know how long are they stable for and what I may have done wrong to cause the weeping?

Great video Claire – marshmallows looks so flufffyy. You would absolutely love hotties hot chocolate. It’s different flavours of hot chocolate but all made with real chocolate chunks. Soo tasty 😋
