I was stationed in Germany 30 years ago and there was a Mexican restaurant there and they had THE best quac. I can't wait to try this, I've yet to find a greater tasting one that! Hope so! Going for the rustic myself, thanks for sharing, am sooooo happy I stumbled onto this site!

Great recipe! That’s actually a jalapeño the smaller ones are Serrano and are usually very spicy, poblano is a whole different pepper lol

Personally I love the classic rustic chunky. Sometimes I do make it baby food smooth but that’s only when my husband wants some. He isn’t a chunks kinda guy lol. Btw the way you said cilantro both times with that accent, deff could’ve mistaken you for a Hispanic lol. No but seriously this reminds me of the way my mom makes her guac.
