    Hi Meg! Your baked pb & j oatmeal looks delicious. I make baked oatmeal twice a week for our daily breakfasts and I'll try your combo next time for sure. My batch prepping looks fairly similar to yours. I'm pretty much always making extra and planning ahead. Yesterday I cooked some black beans. Today I chopped hard non-starchy salad veg. Tomorrow I need to stock up on my greens and will wash and prep those along with chopping mushrooms and onions. I like knowing an easy healthful meal can be ready in minimal time and prepping makes this possible. Thanks for sharing your process and some recipes.

    Thanks for the sauce recipes 😋 I do my meal prep on sundays. I make one soup or stew for work lunches to eat along with rice or other starches and veggies/fruit an two different dinners for weeknight dinners. During the week my husband warms up the dinners and /or make something easy. On the weekends we cook together ❤️

    Another excellent video Meg. I prefer to focus on budget and quick recipes so mostly the recipes I make are 30 minutes or less with the exceptional few taking longer ( I occasionally do make dinner recipes in my slow cooker especially ones that would take a hour or more on the stove top). Love 😍 the recipes ( I especially love 💞 spices) and love 🥰the video and love 💕❤Meg & 👨‍👩‍👦.

    Thank you for another great video. We have been trying this lifestyle for 2 years now. The most challenging thing we run into is going out with others to their homes or eating establishments (people are uncomfortable with this lifestyle). It has been ok until now because we have been on lockdown but finally we are getting out. We are in Burlington, so it is nice to know the things you are showing are readily available here just down the road from you. Very much appreciate your help and your family, you are all lovely.

    I'm the only one in the house who eats this way. I usually make some vegetable soup or veggie chili to have on hand. I also like to bake like you do. I printed out your scone recipe and I am looking forward to making them this week. Love your calming style. Have a good week.

    Time vs Cost … isn't that always the way? Raw ingredients vs Somewhat prepped ones …
    Kitchen appliances vs More stovetop or manual workings. But in the end if you get what you want/like well that's the key … right?
    Another bunch of good recipes destined for your website if not already there.
