Thanks to it I have lost a lot of weight. I shouldn't even be speaking about it cause I don't really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I'm just simply in a excellent mood right now and so I will share the wealth lol.

When I was nursing, if a patient developed a low blood sugar, what did we give them? Orange juice…with a teaspoon of sugar to get their glucose up fast! So, there you go. Most fruit juices are full of sugar. When MY blood sugar gets low, like it does occasionally, I get the jitters and have to get something sweet, fast, so I drink some orange juice and in just a few minutes, I start feeling better. I've had to do some patient teaching in the past about their diets, so I know a little, but I've certainly been guilty over the years, of eating all of the wrong things. Now I only eat whole produce, some fruit and fresh meats. My blood sugar is completely normal. I'm losing weight and feeling so much better.
Hi corrina i m watching ur videos and implementing ur guidelines from couple of years. Eating home cooked meals . Only eat 2-3 times from restaurant in a yr. But i m always hungry. Especially at night time. ?
i actually used to feel terrible when my cousin used to be filled on one cup of fruit loops and i had to eat like 4 cups to be filled. now ik its cause this isnt real food.!

I think the epitomy of achieving and maintaining a good physical condition as far as nutrition is concerned, lies in consuming raw, unprocessed sources of nutrients, in this way providing your body with high quality materials to function properly and look good. 🙂
Corrina, sometimes cooking, baking, or even just everyday food sometimes calls for something to sweeten it. Can you do a video on how to address this? I know the number one suggestion is to eat natural whole fruit, especially berries, but what about using things like cane syrup, maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar?
I have read very conflicting articles that say that various types of natural sugars, or sugar derivatives (such as agave syrup) are either great for you, or they are bad for you.
If we wanted to say, bake a cake for a party, but we want the cake to be as healthy as possible while still being tasty, what are things that we can do?

Greek yogurt in Greece is usually fatty. Also, the best yogurt I've ever had. I know bc I'm Greek. The ones you've got are ripoff versions 😂

When recommending consumption of whole grains, consider that they come with antinutrients and toxins.
Rolled oats are not that great, especially for diabetic people, do yourself a fav and get steel cut oats.
eggs should be eaten raw if eaten at all. Cooked eggs are very difficult for humans to digest
